It has been a while since I have truly devoured a book, reading it in only a few days. Ironically, Sunyi Dean's The Book Eaters managed to be the delicacy I've been searching for in a sea of recently mediocre titles.

I ended up having to purchase Assistant to the Villain which made me pretty sad. I would have much rather put the dollars towards a book with more substance.
